hello, I am interested in buying property in pocono area, for renting purposes. Please advise which area would be perfect to rent out at least 6-7 month a year. Looking for 3 +bedroom, with backyard, safe neighborhood, mountains. And close to ski, golf, other attractions.Also please suggest other important things I need to know.

@John Geldert I own one property in tobyhanna and just put on Airbnb before thanksgiving, do you do Airbnb or normal rental on tobyhanna?

    Hey Joe Nagle I’m an investor in the Poconos primarily focusing on small multi family units in Monroe county. Do you also invest in those parts?

    @Yanhua Sappin I have one property that I run as an AIRBNB and all the rest are long term rentals. Have you checked out Evolve yet to run your Airbnb?
