hello, I am interested in buying property in pocono area, for renting purposes. Please advise which area would be perfect to rent out at least 6-7 month a year. Looking for 3 +bedroom, with backyard, safe neighborhood, mountains. And close to ski, golf, other attractions.Also please suggest other important things I need to know.
