How do you recommend selling this 4 Baltimore turnkey properties?

Hello BP friends

I am not familiar with Baltimore area at all.

Looking to get your advice please on selling these 4 properties I have.

2 are leased and 2 are vacant

2805 kirk ave

4819 wilern

562 woodyear

149 s kossuth st

(all in Baltimore)

What do you feel is current market temp? sellers? Buyers?

What else can you please teach me on these types of properties in Baltimore area, the ability

to sell those properties, fairly rent them out etc.

Baltimore is an interesting city.  It can be block by block and it's wise to have boots on the ground to help you get a true feel for the neighborhoods.  Do you own these properties?
