Baltimore is an interesting city. It can be block by block and it's wise to have boots on the ground to help you get a true feel for the neighborhoods. Do you own these properties?

129 Kossuth and Kirk are the best two. I think auction is the easiest way and the way I choose for neighborhoods like these. You may do a little better by listing Kirk and Kossuth if they are in decent condition. You can set a reserve price when doing an auction, so that you do not have to sell below a price you will accept.
