So I have a possible deal coming with 4 townhomes in memphis. The owner is letting all 4 go at once. Theyre all 2 bed 3 bath except one is 3 beds 3 baths. One also had mold. He hasn't given me an asking price yet. Plus I've heard townhomes are not a good idea to invest in. What do you guys think?
@Charicea Lucille Kirby They are not always a good investment because the HOA fees cut into your monthly cash flow. Find out what the HOA fees are and be sure to include that into your analysis of the deal. Remember numbers tell the true story as to what is considered a good deal.
Town Homes can be great investment opportunities if the numbers are right. I am currently looking for properties to buy so if it doesn't work out for you let me know I maybe interested in them!
