Are townhomes a good investment in Memphis?
So I have a possible deal coming with 4 townhomes in memphis. The owner is letting all 4 go at once. Theyre all 2 bed 3 bath except one is 3 beds 3 baths. One also had mold. He hasn't given me an asking price yet. Plus I've heard townhomes are not a good idea to invest in. What do you guys think?
