Letter of interest to property owners

I have been "Driving for Dollars" for 2 weeks and I have over 50 properties I am interested in purchasing. I want to send letters of my interest to purchase these properties from the landlords/ property owners. Are there example letters to use? How should I word my letter of interest?

If you were to ever consider selling your property at 1234 main street. I would be interested in purchasing.
