Looking for multi family properties in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky
We live in Cincinnati. We are looking for multi family deals under a million dollars in Northern Kentucky, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cleveland, Lexington, Louisville area. Pretty much within 2 to 3 hour drive distance from Cincinnati. Please PM me, if you come across some or looking into offloading some of your smaller properties. Thanks.

Hey Priya, I’m a Real Estate agent in Lafayette Indiana and recently found 2 separate multi-family portfolios that are off market. The first is a 5 property portfolio that consists of 3 triplexes and 2 duplexes with zero vacancies. The owner is accepting offers through me as I will be paid an acquisition fee for putting the deal together. In my opinion the package is worth around $600k and this should give you a 9-15 cap of repositioned correctly.
The second deal is a pair (2) of Triplexes with a ton of new updates.
