In need of any closing cost assistance programs for 203k loan from Baltimore? If not what loan can I use to purchase, fix up and live in of 1-3 units multi-fam
@Wardell Hall FHLB has announce down payment assistance program starting again nationwide. Its $6000 for closing cost. This program can be used with FHA and Conventional loan. You can ask your lender if they offer and can combine with 203K.

Are you saying you need assistance for the downpayment, appraisal, inspection fees, etc? Are you a first-time home buyer? Maryland does have programs to help with closing costs.
