Referrals for California Commercial / Portfolio Lenders

Hey BP,

I am looking for referrals from investors who have used a good commercial or portfolio lender.

The issue I am having with local banks is that I am in Southern California and my SFRs are in Sacramento.  The community banks I have talked with will create commercial loans only if the properties are in the neighboring areas and I am local as well.

Any thoughts would be appreciated
