seller has judgment lien, can i transfer deed to my name ?

I am about to buy property pay cash, and the seller has judgment lien in different county record (not in county where the property is i want to buy),

if i buy it quitclaim deed can transfer deed to my name ?

in most counties yes.. however i would talk to a local title company they may not insure the QC for a new loan or a new sale.. I have seen this bite people before.
