    Not sure I understand your question regarding contingencies ?? There are typically no contingencies that I am aware of in a land contract Can you provide an example ?

    In think you mean “ terms” Good terms seem to be 10-30% down 6-7% interest for the balance Monthly payments till it’s paid

    Sorry @Chris Seveney I’m sill fairly new to the terminology  I thought terms of a contract and contingencies were the same thing  thanks @Dennis M.
