Fix and Flip or hold in Decatur, Ga 30032

I'm about to buy a house in the Peachcrest community for 115k for a 2/1 at 975 sq/ft. The av comps are anywhere between 150/210k. Because I'm new to this, was wondering if I should fix and flip, or hold.  And if anyone knows anything about this area, i'm open to gaining more knowledge. I see it's being gentrified.

hi girlie... im in the Atlanta area and I'm familiar with that side of town private message me with your number or I'll give you my number it's a lot of things you need to look at and it's kind of too long to type hair basically in a lot of cases for buy-and-hold the amount that you should be getting for the rent should be equal or greater to 1% of your all-in price that includes purchase and repairs if you want me to elaborate I'll be happy to help
