in search of Zeus Mortgage personal testimonies

I'm interested in hearing if anyone has used Zeus Mortgage to fund one of their investments. Their platform seems too good to be true and when it seems that way it usually is. I've looked into it and found a site with 155 glowing reviews and some off sites with a few horror stories. 5 years ago a few members here suggested to not use them but that was 5 years ago. I understand not every experience everyone has with them is going to be good. I respect the biggerpockets community insight and the collective experience here is unrivaled.
