BP Calculators VS Roofstock Calculators

Hello everyone,

I've been doing some side-by-side calculator comparisons of properties on Roofstock and the results vary quite a bit, even though I'm inputting the same assumptions in both. Has anyone else tried this? Why would the results on Monthly Cashflow and Cash-on-Cash Return differ so much?
