We all know we are suppose to work on the big "$100/hr" tasks and outsource the "$10/hr" tasks. What do you outsource and what do you plan to outsource someday?
Scheduling, skip tracing, data entry, photo editing, pricing supplies, transcribing calls, etc. are all $10 an hour items you can outsource pretty easily.
I think local $10/hr tasks are harder to outsource like placing bandit signs, picking up materials, etc.. Anyone have recommendations on getting help with these?
@Account Closed We delegate most of our tasks to our team of Virtual Assistants in the Philippines. We outsource tasks like Transaction Coordination, Lead Generation, Prospecting and Marketing. I have been with them for three blissful years. Let me know if you need help.
WOuld love a referral to an outsourcing co overseas.
@Account Closed We used to hire from Upwork when we were starting out. The thing is, you have to set a good amount of time to filter candidates, interviewing them and training them. But the reward is high much more if your Virtual Assistant is on the same page with you to grow. Let me know if you need help.
