What is so great about starting an LLC in Florida vs. Texas?

What is so good about having a single member LLC in florida vs Texas? Texas costs $300 to form vs Florida at $150 and they to have state income tax both very flexible. Does anyone have better information on this subject?

Your LLC should be where your rentals are.

Otherwise you're paying to register it in two states for no reason.

And Florida does have state income tax.

And the state the LLC is set up in does not determine the tax ability of income.
