1) Ask a local real estate agent with access to the MLS to do a search for recent cash sales in the neighborhood. People that have done cash purchases before (especially multiple in one area) are more likely to be investors.
2) Attend your local REIA meetup and network
3) Buy a BP Pro membership and post it in the Marketplace
4) Click "Store" at the top and buy the new book on raising private capital, lots of other ideas in there.

You need to network and create exposure. Simple
Talk to people on this site, talk to people in your area, go to conferences. It's not easy, you need to build a reputation and have good deals. Plenty of cash buyers around, deals are what's scarce.
People need to know who you are, and what you have. Advertise, build a website, do newsletters, build email lists.
Looking for buyers specifically in the forums is not allowed. If you have a property, advertise it in the marketplace.

Welcome to BP @Josh Rey! Every other Wednesday, there's a Sheriff's sale that's open to the public and it is generally a room full of cash buyers. You can also join the Baton Rouge REIA (found at meetup.com/the-ring) they meeti every 2nd Tuesday of the month!
