Thoughts on Oyhut Bay, Ocean Shores, WA
We just moved to Manette, WA and took a weekend trip to Ocean Shores. Interesting town with run down shacks next to mansions and vacant lots—and you can drive on the beach?! Anyway, I haven’t been able to find any recent posts about Ocean Shores (is that a sign)? Wondering if anyone has had any success with the short term/ vacation rental market?. It appears as if the only “legally zoned” nightly vacation rentals are in Oyhut Bay and those properties are selling for less than they did in 2016.
