Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to write a quick post to show my appreciation for BiggerPockets and our members. There’s a lot of information on here that’s fantastic, accurate, and helpful for newcomers. I’ve learned more from this forum about investing than anywhere else, it’s incredible to have this source of information. The “big posters” who share decades of experience, you’re the absolute best. What you guys share propels my business years ahead. I’m truly grateful for your time and experience.

I’m apart of facebook groups, realtor groups, local networks, etc. Their member’s knowledge of investing is terrible, it’s like a circus full of wannabe clowns. Except the REIAs, they’re pretty good around here. You don’t know what you have until you look on the other side of the fence.

So again, thank you BP for being awesome. Without this site, I’d probably still be wandering around trying to figure out what to do.
