airbnb in Chicago near Millennium park

I was wondering if airbnb may be a good option near Millennium park. Maybe starting with studio or 1 bed 1 bath condo at $200K (with less than $400 HOA). I may need to stay there for a few months per year, and plan to rent for the rest. Do you think it can be a good plan? can anybody who knows in Chicago comment?

Look into the HOA and bylaws of the building. You'll find majority will allow rentals BUT on 12month leases and not short term.
