Pros vs. Cons of Owner Financing as Seller

I am not normally a fan of Owner Financing as it is high risk for both the seller and the buyer.

Let's just say I saw way too much crazy during the recession.

What about the rest of you? Have you done it as the Seller? Pros and Cons?
