Hi everyone! we are looking to purchase our first investment property and could use all the help we can get! We have spoken to RP Capital but the choices for properties is not that big and would like to see more options. Any other companies you'd all refer? Any advice will help!
Rp capital is an investment advisory company... I didn't even know these existed! Lol They seem very helpful but not sure if this is the best way. You think I just contact local realtors?
What area are you interested in? Agents are great resources, so are property management companies. I would also recommend finding a local REIA meet up group in your area and of course, the BP Community!
