Is there anyone who invests in Real Estate in Europe and is willing to help out with a few things? Everything is called something different and although the deals are about the same to analyze there's still allot I don't know. Anyone have experience?
I'm really not experienced in the business to be giving out any sort of advice.
However, I'm also living in Europe, more specifically Ireland.
I'm looking to invest and buy the first property in the near future, so if you'd like we can connect and share our experiences. I'm also finding myself lost in translation sometimes as things over here are sometimes different than what the practice shows in the US.
