I guess these are more my real estate goals for 2020...

1. Pay back my HELOC by saving more and doing a cash out refi on my first rental property.

2. I'd like to acquire 2 more units in 2020. If this is not possible for me in NJ, I am considering PA within driving distance.

3. Attend 2 real estate meetups per month and network, network, network.
