Buying a rental property next to another rental property?
Hello,
I don't believe Ive heard this mentioned on the forums before, but what are your thoughts on buying a rental property on the same street or even next to 3 or 4 other rental properties. I imagine the competition could potentially reduce rent, on the other end however, I imagine the area must have high demand if many investors chose the area. What are your thoughts?
