Hey Isaiah - the first step would be to get your license in the state you plan to do business. Maybe start by interning for a local agent to learn if it's something that you really want to do. They may even be willing to put you through RE school depending on the value they feel you add.

@Isaiah Thomas Garrett Start by seeing what the process is to get licensed in your state and read the Millionaire Real Estate Agent. I always recommend that for new agents. From day 1 start building your network.

@Isaiah Thomas Garrett I love that you're getting started so young! You've gotten some great advice here about shadowing and networking. Taking that a bit further--be sure to get yourself on meetup.com and look for local REI meetups. You may also be able to find some on Facebook or here on BP. Networking will be CRUCIAL to your business!

@Isaiah Thomas Garrett get to a networking meeting, listen , learn, and then apply what you learn. Connect with an investor, you will become a bird dog, ( find deals) they will pay you per deal, Save learn, then buy on your own, . You 100% do NOT need to be a broker, why ? Learn, buy , flip, rent, By the time your 30 you can have 10 props . Even at only $500 net per property thats 5k, plus the equity , not a bad start .
