I'm a newbie real estate investor looking to purchase my first property.  I'm about to go walk through a duplex. If it looks good and we think we want to go for it, what would be the next steps in the due diligence process?  Request rent roll?  (or is that only for big apartments)?  Call utility company?  Any documents we should be asking for?
