I just had a buyer cancel as his strategy involved renting to college students.

College shut down = no renters = no deal.

Due to the virus, Airbnb allows Travelers full refund. I understand and will adjust my marketing.

@Aaron Morrow Their events are cancelled, so they need not travel. Many cancellations.
