How do you negotiate price with Wholesalers ? Example: asking price 50k, you run numbers and it works for you when price is 40k ? How do you approach wholesaler ? Any tips, comments will be appreciated ! TIA!

Same way as anyone else. Find your numbers and make an offer. If you get it great, if someone else gets it because they offered $500 more, you can live with it because you made your play.
