Hello all! I am interested in joining the group. I am a newer investor and I have been investing in the Sarasota area for about two years. I am excited to learn and connect with a local group!
So, there are multiple meetup groups in this area. In South West Florida, there is the SWFL REIA which in my opinion is a really good group with people that give you access to a lot of valuable information and people you can partner up with.
There's also the Collier and Lee County Round table which is a lot more informal and also smaller than the one mentioned above. Different people but it's also a group that provides valuable connections and knowledge.
There are more groups out there but these are the two I visit on a regular basis and both have helped me on my real estate journey.
I was looking for bigger pocket meetup in Sarasota/Bradenton area and saw your post here. Do we have a meetup established? I just moved to the area last year from CT and looking to get into real estate investment. Please drop me a note let me know. Thanks!
