Hey,

I hope all is well. I am from Spokane, Washington and I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone had experience with qualified opportunity zone fund investing. I am looking to gain more information on this topic and would love to connect with anyone who has the knowledge to share.

Thank you

Hey Bryan- we're working on a OZ Fund here in Seattle, WA (Hillman City/Rainier Beach neighborhoods are an OZ zone). We're experienced rental property investors and rehabbers, but this is our first foray into OZ investing. Regardless, happy to answer questions to the best of my ability if you have them!
