Anyone doing deals in Kentucky

Just wondering if anyone was doing deals in Kentucky? If so what markets

Hey Tim,

I closed on an 8 unit in Frankfort, KY in January, a duplex in Lexington in August, and a 16 unit in Lexington in September. I own properties in Paris and Versailles as well.

There is some great value to be had but just like a lot of markets these days it is very competitive.
