Best Cities to BRRRR in Kansas
I'm moving to Wichita next month and am looking to BRRRR multifamilies in the $100-150k range. Preferably properties with value add potential in B-C class neighborhoods and up and coming areas in the path of progress. Although I will be living in Wichita, I'm looking at other cities in Kansas as well. My main goal is to achieve great cash flow and a great cash on cash return. Any cities that Kansas that I should be looking into?
