    Hi Bill,

I bought several rentals there this past year and was very happy with Gregg Austensen at Insight Home Inspections.  www.insighthomeinspections.net.  Good luck!

HI Bill for quality and certified home inspectors search on nachi.org or Ashi, they are the biggest home inspector association in the nation. Good Luck

@Bill Krenz yup, reach out to my guy Mickey. Very down to earth and reasonable. PM me for the number as I can't post on thread. - Dave
