Any “Subject to” experienced attorneys in the Connecticut area?

I am looking to find my first “Subject to” deal and am trying to get all my ducks in a row prior to approaching someone with this deal. Does anyone know of any Attorneys in the Connecticut area that have experience closing these types of transactions? And has anyone completed a Sub 2 deal that cares to provide any tips or lessons learned? Thank you
