Out of state investing Birmingham AL

Hey folks, so I am planning on buying a SFH this year in Birmingham AL. As an out of state investor from California, I was wondering if there are any legal or tax considerations I need to take into account. The property will be part of my CA LLC business for now. Any comments, thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.

    Tax considerations
    1) You will now be required to file an Alabama state tax return going forward
    2) You have a CA LLC, as a result, you will need to file a CA LLC tax return and pay $800 on an annual basis.
    3) You may be required to register your CA LLC to do business in AL
