Hello everyone,
My boss and I are looking into investing in an apartment complex in North Little Rock Arkansas. The issue we have is we don't really have any experience nor know too much about that submarket (along 365/McArthur Drive). I would really love to learn more about the market through the eyes of the agents and investors that work and invest around the area. @James De Leon 72114 has patchy areas to the east, but Argenta is gentrified and now rather expensive. Argenta is the area closer to the river. 72116 is a generally good area. 72118 is Okay, some parts up North Little Rock in that Zip has more challenging Demographics. A good practice is to consult your PM before making an offer. Until you get to know the areas...
