Buy right now or wait to buy?

Hello bp community

Just looking for some advice. I live in California and I’m looking to buy right now, prices are a little high at the moment. Anyone know if the real estate market is going to crash again because of COVID?

First, ask yourself, what am I buying and why?

Are you buying a sfr, multi, condo??

Flipping or buy and hold??

Find out what you're getting and stick to the plan, once you know that you can run the #s.

You buy a deal because its a DEAL, not because the market is up or down. The #s will tell you if it makes sense..

You buy when there is an opportunity.  Market timing is a theory but in practice its not embraced by professionals.  A good deal will always be a good deal.
