Trying to find lenders in Chicago

I’m having trouble finding any lenders that will lend on properties in Chicago do anybody have any recommendations????

    @John Moore what type of loan are you looking to get? Is this a conventional lender or a hard money lender? Commercial? There are laws in place for lenders that prevent them from being able to pick and choose areas they lend to, so I am curious what type of deal you are looking at here.

    @John Moore - Have you tried Renovo or constructuive?  They are both good hard money lenders in city.  

    Also, LimaOne may be a good fit.

    If you're looking for hard money lenders you should check out the Network tab and then click "Hard Money Lenders".
