Banks for refinancing mobile homes as an investment property
Hey BP, I recently purchased my second investment property! It is a mobile home and I was able to get seller financing for half of the purchase price. I plan to BRRRR this property to pay off the seller and get my money out and was wondering if you anyone has any suggestions on banks that can do refinances for mobile homes. The property was built in 1968.
If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again BP community!
