Opendoor vs investor sites in Florida

Have a second home in Ocoee, FL. It is a Single Home for sale and Opendoor is pricing 640k, for 5 bdrm 3 full bath, with balcony over 2 story covered in-ground pool in gated community. Is there a good site for investors for the Orlando area? Use FB group in Texas, but haven't found good recommendations for Orlando area. Any suggestions?

@Dilip John Are you looking for investors that may want to purchase this home off market? Not quite sure what your question is. Depending on what community it is in and what side of HWY 50 could make a big difference.

It's on south side of 50, in Windsor Landing 34761.
Trying to keep as simple as possible. Investors welcome, doing video tour this wknd with Opendoor for official offer. So able to show.
