Selling real estate can be fun, rewarding and fulfilling, if you are engaged, have drive and are ready to “ truly “ make more $$.
Property does sell or move because, often times the owner or the representative has no ideas.
That isn’t to slight anyone’s professional, professional isn’t creative finance or creative selling, it’s presentation.
The question is, how do you convince the buyer to see value and future returns.
Hey Dell,
You’re absolutely right; selling real estate is about more than just the basics. It’s about adding value, uncovering potential, and showcasing future returns.

Only partially agree. For a salesperson to maximize sales, and hence income in a work week (whether that be 20, 40, 50, or 60 hours) they MUST be concentrating on selling, or presenting to the most qualified, motivated, and likely buyers. Great marketing and selling to buyers without need, motivation, or means of payment will result in relatively low income, frustration, dissatisfaction, few referrals, and an unsatisfactory reputation. Customers don’t want to be manipulated or sold to, in 2023, what they want is unbiased ADVICE based on the “advisor” putting their interest first, especially if the advisor has a fiduciary interest.
While “transactional” relationships can be profitable, far greater long term profit is found through long term advisory relationships. We want repeat customers “for life”, not a one time deal with commission as the motivating agent.
