Appreciate you putting this out there, Muhammad. I haven’t dug into foreclosures or trustee sales yet, but it’s definitely something I’m interested in learning more about, especially the due diligence side and how to navigate the risks with title or liens.
Would love to hear from others who’ve been through it in the DMV area too. Always looking to learn from those already working these kinds of deals.
