How hard is it to find great foreclosure/pre deals these days?

Hey guys-

in todays market- chow hard is it to find great deals in the foreclosure/foreclosure market?

I'm interested in 2-4 multi units and good SFH. Im just not sure how viable of a strategy this is in todays market.

Any advice would b greatly appreciated.
