Hi, I am looking at a vacant property here in Nc and wondering if anyone would have a person of contact or know where to go in regards to a property that has been foreclosed on by Caliber (behind the scenes its really HSBC) with an LSF9 Trust (By what i read is all "Paper Fiction Novel"). The property has been taken back under "US Bank NA Trustees" which i looked up and it was by a local attorney here but they have no further knowledge other than the file is closed in they're firm.
And before someone post, i already know about HSBC and they're not so legal doings...

@Sean Brady see if there is a sign with the name of the asset manager or person who is responsible for physically visiting the property occasionally.
From there you may be able to get to the banks asset manager. They may be able to give you an idea of when the property may get listed. In our area it can take about a year from the foreclosure date when the bank gets possession.
