I have a question about the contracts, and formulating one for wholesaling. I have formed my own LLC, etc. I just don't want to mix investing with my real estate business.

Does your broker know that you plan on doing this? depending on where you are, there could be laws you need to follow. Your broker needs to know from the beginning.
