Realtytrac has much more accurate, up to date info.

     Not sure really, but there is also Auction.com and at least here in the West most foreclosing Title Companies and Attorneys maintain their own websites with updates.

    Thanks Mike. I just bought my first foreclosed property from Auction.com.

    I put together lists for preforeclosers mailers from RealtyTrac and local sources but I am looking for alternatives.

    Depends on the region. Are you looking West coast, Mid West, Deep South or East Coast?
