I have Been watching these a while. I understand I need to do title work to make sure no liens are on the property. I understand you have to pay then and there. My Question is. Are there private money lenders that will loan you money to buy at the steps?

None that want to stay in business. Private money guys take title in exchange for giving money. They don't typically give money first.
