I just became a new real estate agent in CT. I have prior experience working in NYC for a couple of years, so I am not new to the business. I am also a inspiring real estate investor and looking to buy my first investment property. I want to buy a HUD home in CT and want to know if anybody could help guide me with the process. It will be my first investment property that I want to flip and rent out to a tenant. Can anybody who has experience with puting in offers and getting accepted low bids help me with this.
