Whats up everyone, im on the fence about breaking into the business by house hacking with a duplex or also getting into wholesaling. From your experience, where do you thin the best place to start is? Wholesaling comes with alot of legwork but also quick turn around for the "bigger pocket" compared to house hacking where you play more of the long game. Any advice would help. Thanks
