My name is Jabari Adams and I'm an agent in Willingboro, NJ. I am currently trying to find some off market multi family and apartment deals for some investor clients and myself. Does anyone know some resources and efficient ways to search and find some great apartment deals? I have listened to the BP podcasts #120 and I think the other is #133 and did receive some great ideas. Just wanted to see what else other investors have done that have brought them success.
