Hello!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have the opportunity to get land in Jewett NY for a large discount. It does need to be developed. There are things to be considered in terms of preparing the land. I have a hook up for electricity. I need to dig a well,  place for septic etc. I was considering a pre fab home. Eventually the plan is the have an Airbnb rental during the winter months.
